Publication

Well, it’s been just a little over a week since my poor book officially came out. I’ve been damn lucky so far with the press coverage and the readers. I’ve had contact with people from high school I haven’t seen in over thirty years, been invited to the Moose Lodge #11 in Columbus, Ohio, met some fantastic and dedicated booksellers, sold out at the first signing at Book World, the only real bookstore in Chillicothe, Ohio, and received a lot of emails from people who really seem to like the book, which, really, is the best a writer could ever hope for, right?
I’d like to offer up a special thanks to the following people who have made this first week of being a published writer a damn wonderful experience: Chuck Palahnuik, Jerry Walls, my budddies Pablo & Brock, Keith Banner, Ms. Raby at Joe-Beth in Lexington, Barb and the gang at Joe-Beth in Cincinnati, Brenda Drietzler at Book World, R. Scott Sanford at Columbus Moose Lodge 11, and all the people who have bought the book, even in these very hard times. The list, of course, goes on and on, but I’ve got to run now. More later! Thanks, everyone!
